When it comes to hiking, the most important hiking trail in Plav is the international trail Peaks of the Balkans, 192 km long. It is the trail that brings us the most foreign tourists, and that's why we consider it the best promoter of Plav and Prokletije.
On the surface of Lake Plav, the mountains Visitor and Kofiljača, which surround Plav, are reflected, the peaks of which you can go to immediately after breakfast or drinking morning coffee in one of the local cafes. During the ascent, there is a beautiful view of the lake and bazaar, as well as the valleys formed by the rivers Ljuča and Lim.
If you are more of a fan of light recreational walks, then the nearby hills around Plav - Završ, Vardište and Skić are ideal viewpoints for you. They can be reached after an hour of easy walking, and from each of them there is a beautiful view of the city and its surroundings.
